This extensive project includes two buildings: a 1-storey Memory Care Centre and a 2-storey Assisted Living Centre. Located in Brush, Colorado, our team has been working on load-bearing exterior and interior corridor panels, and cold-formed steel shear wall panels. Nearly 50,000 sq. ft. of CFS load-bearing panels are used in tandem with Ecospan floor joist system and light gauge roof trusses. Estimated completion date: Early 2018.
